Order processing and delivery time: All in stock items are shipped within 1 business days after your order is placed. All orders are shipped from Portland, Or. Please see the map below to estimate "standard delivery" times based on your shipping address:
Address Corrections / Returned Shipments If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact customer support by email or 866.227.0092. If your order has not yet shipped, we will adjust the address. If it has been shipped, we recommend you use UPS's My Choice service. Click here for details (UPS my charge a fee for this service). Any package we receive back will be processed as a return, in accordance to our return policy. Any package altered mid-shipment by Storables.com will be charged a $20 fee.
Tracking Information/Order Status Updates: You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. If you have not seen this message, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you cannot find it, please contact customer support by email or 866.227.0092.
APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes: UPS requires a physical address for delivery (No APO/FPO or P.O. boxes). Our web checkout process does allow these addresses as billing addresses, but not allow for ship-to addresses. Please contact us for possible use of other shipping methods.
International Shipping: At this time we can only accept web orders with shipping and billing address within the United States only. Please contact us for possible use of other shipping methods.
Sales Tax: Storables.com is based in Oregon, a sales tax-free state. We have retail locations in California and Washington, so we must charge applicable sales tax to orders shipped to any CA or WA address. You may be responsible to report any out of state purchases and pay applicable sales tax in accordance to your local law.
Damaged Merchandise: If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and begin the process to replace the damaged items. We may ask you to provide us a description or photograph of the damage and/or the shipper may inspect the items as part of the claim process.
