Shipping & Delivery

Storables uses UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship most web orders. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order is shipped from our warehouse in Portland, OR.

Delivery Methods
For your convenience we offer two UPS delivery options for online purchases shipping to the 48 Contiguous US States:

Standard Delivery 3–7 Business Days
Expedited Delivery 2–3 Business Days

Because furniture, racks and other large items can be bulky and/or heavy, these items have an oversized handling charge; this charge is listed on the item page and is added to your Standard or Expedited Delivery charges, which are listed above. These fees are noted beneath the product details and are charged on a per item basis. 

APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes at this time. Please call our Customer Service Team at 866-227-0092 for alternate shipping options.

Canada /International Orders
We do not ship outside the contiguous US at this time. Please contact us at 866-227-0092 for shipping information for AK, HI and Canada.

Sales Tax is based in the beautiful state of Oregon, a sales tax-free state. We do, however, charge applicable sales tax for orders shipping to Washington State.

Order Processing
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt during regular business hours. Orders are processed and shipped from our Portland, OR warehouse during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days via email and/or phone.

Please note: Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Canceling an Order
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns. If your order has not been shipped, please call our Customer Service Team at 866-227-0092.

Errors on
Prices, discount offers, and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. Storables reserves the right to correct any errors when they are discovered, including after an order has been submitted. If your credit card was charged and your order is cancelled, Storables will promptly refund your credit card the full amount of the charge.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Returning an Item

Items purchased online
You may return your order within 60 days of its arrival when accompanied by a copy of your order summary. Custom cut items are typically not returnable, so please measure carefully. Please follow our Online Return Process to complete your return.

If you paid with a credit card
We will credit the merchandise total to your original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

If you received the item(s) as a gift
We will credit the purchase amount to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase - OR - you may apply the amount to a Storables gift card which will be mailed to you.

Items purchased at one of our retail locations
Within 60 days, bring the merchandise and your original store receipt into any one of our stores.

If you paid with a check
We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return - OR - you may apply amount to a Storables gift card.

If you paid with cash and your purchase was under $100
We will give you cash back.

If you paid with cash and your purchase was over $100
We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return - OR - you may apply amount to a Storables gift card.

For your convenience
Any online purchase may be returned to any of our stores accompanied by the order summary. Any store purchase may be returned by shipping us back the product with a copy of the store receipt and following our Online Return Process.

Online Return Process
Follow the instructions on the Order Summary included with your package. If you do not have an Order Summary or purchased your item at one of our retail locations, please call us at 866-227-0092. Pack and securely seal merchandise with the original packing materials. Include the completed Return Form with your return/exchange. Send via UPS, our recommended shipper, or another traceable method. Storables is not responsible for products damaged that were not reported as damaged during the return process. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged if item is not packaged accordingly. The re-stocking fee is waived for items returned to any one of our retail locations.

If you process your return by shipment, Storables suggests you use a carrier that provides tracking information so that you can confirm that we have received your package. Storables is not responsible for packages it has not shipped. Please Note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
