Storables uses UPS (United Parcel Service) to ship all our web orders.  All orders shipped from our Portland, OR location receive a tracking number email so you can track your order the minute it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Methods

For your convenience we offer two UPS delivery options for online purchases:

Orders shipping to the 48 Contiguous US States     

Standard Delivery                      3–5 Business Days         

Expedited Delivery                     2–3 Business Days

Additional Shipping Charges

Because furniture, racks and other large items are bulky and/or heavy, these items have an additional shipping charge; this charge is listed in under or next to the item price and is in addition to the Standard or Expedited Delivery charges, which are listed above. This is graphically represented by our Additional Shipping icon, the 18-wheeler truck    

Some products may require a higher shipping charge than what is charged at checkout. For these exceptions, you will be contacted prior to processing your order to confirm the additional shipping charges. If you have any questions regarding shipping during your shopping process, please call our Customer Service Team at 866-227-0092.

APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes. Please call our Customer Service Team at 866-227-0092 for alternate shipping options.

Canada /International Orders

 We do not ship outside the contiguous US at this time. Please contact us at 866-227-0092 for shipping information for AK, HI and Canada.

Sales Tax

Storables.com is based in Oregon, a sales tax-free state. We do charge applicable sales tax for orders shipping to California and Washington.

Order Processing

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt during regular business hours. Orders are processed and shipped from our Portland, OR warehouse during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 4:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.

Please note: Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Canceling an Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns. If your order has not been shipped, please call our Customer Service Team at 866-227-0092.

Order Adjustments

We will gladly make any adjustments to your order if it has not been shipped. If your has been shipped, and you must make adjustments to your order (such as change of address or hold for pick up, etc.) we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We will pass on any applicable fees which the carrier may charge for these adjustments.
