Computer cables, video cables, power cables, they're taking over! Oh yes, we know the feeling and we despise it as much as you do. It's surprising how much space can be occupied by a nest of unruly cables and when visible, those cables just make a room feel disorganized, even when it is not. Computer Cables

Networking cables, USB cables, video cables, oh my! We're fans of the iPad not because its cool or because of its features, but because it has no cables. However for many of us its not realistic to use just an iPad or tablet computer. If you use laptop, the challenge is slightly reduced because you don't have separate video cables to manage but it ist still important to keep cables managed, organized and as much as possible, out of sight. Mobile Phone cords

Smart phones and other mobile devices are popular, but the challenge remains of how to organize these devices neatly when they are being charged or not in use. If yo uhave several phones, or an iPod and a phone, or want to have a single place for all of your family members phones a single charging station is the way to go. It can prevent cable mix-up and the frustration that comes from trying to figure out which of those tiny connectors is the right one for your phone. If you only have one or two devices to worry about and don't need a desktop or countertop organizer, then cord clips might be a better option.

Video Cables

As if flat panel TVs, cable boxes and DVD player cables were not enough to worry about, add in video game console cables, along with their controllers, and you have one serious challenge to your organizing moxy! Plus, if you ever need to switch devices around it can be nearly impossible to locate and follwo the right cable. The best solution is to use color coded gear ties or cable clips. Clips are the best choice if you move your media components frequently, and ties are the smart choice if your setup changes less frequently.

Power Cords

Ahh, and the most biggest challenge of all - power cables. Nearly every device has one, and these cables are thicker than just about anything else. The secret to organizing these cables is using a good surge protector so you have one point of connection, then using cable ties to keep them bundled together as much as possible.
