Items purchased online

You may return your order within 30 days of its arrival when accompanied by a copy of your order summary. Please follow our Online Return Process to complete your return.

If you paid with a credit card
We will credit the purchase amount to your original credit card used to make the purchase.

If you received the item (s) as a gift
We will credit the purchase amount to the original credit card used to make the purchase - OR - you may apply the amount to a Storables gift card which will be mailed to you.

Items purchased at one of our retail locations

Within 30 days, bring the merchandise and your original store receipt into any one of our stores.

If you paid with a credit card
We will credit the purchase amount to your original credit card used to make the purchase.

If you paid with a check
We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return - OR - you may apply amount to a Storables gift card.

If you paid with cash and your purchase was under $100
We will give you cash back.

If you paid with cash and your purchase was over $100
We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return - OR - you may apply amount to a Storables gift card.

For your convenience

Any online purchase may be returned to any of our stores accompanied by the order summary. Any store purchase may be returned by shipping us back the product with a copy of the store receipt and following our Online Return Process.

Online Return Process

Follow the instructions on the Order Summary included with your package. If you do not have an Order Summary or purchased your item at one of our retail locations, please call us at 866-227-0092. Pack and securely seal merchandise with the original packing materials. Include the completed Return Form with your return/exchange. Affix the pre-printed return address label to a suitable shipping carton and send via UPS, our recommended shipper. Storables is not responsible for receiving products damaged that were not reported as damaged during the return process. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged if item is not packaged accordingly. The re-stocking fee is waived for items returned to any one of our retail locations.

If you use your own method of shipping your return, Storables suggests you use a carrier that provides tracking information so that you can confirm that we have received your package. Storables is not responsible for packages it has not shipped. Please Note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just wasn't what you thought it should be, we will gladly exchange the item(s) for you. Please call us at 866.227.0092 so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.
